This is a well-done article, brother. I would simply add that the NT canon is agreed by all - Orthodox, Catholic, and Protestants. The OT canon is where we have tension. The Septuagint was the OT used by Jesus (Mk 7:6-7), the Apostles, and the Early Church. Is it reasonable, therefore, to ask... To reject the Septuagint (e.g., Wisdom of Solomon and Sirach - Ecclesiasticus), to consider it non-canonical or "Apocrypha", is to reject the Apostolic faith and practice of the Early Church?
